About me
Meet the Founder

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported, especially during life’s most difficult moments.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve spent my career working with individuals and families facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and mental health challenges. My background in victim advocacy, crisis intervention, and mental health services has allowed me to work with people from different walks of life, each with their own experiences, struggles, and strengths.
Over the years, one thing I’ve learned is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Everyone’s journey is different, and I believe in taking the time to understand the person behind the challenges they’re facing.
My approach is warm, honest, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Strategic Family Therapy to help clients work through difficult emotions, identify patterns that may be holding them back, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways to navigate life.
What I enjoy most about this work is seeing people begin to recognize their own strengths, regain confidence, and make changes they once thought were out of reach. I know that reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and my goal is to make that first step feel a little less overwhelming.
I provide services in both English and Haitian Creole, allowing clients to express themselves in the language they feel most comfortable speaking.
At Clarity & Prosper, my hope is that every person who connects with me feels respected, supported, and encouraged to move forward at their own pace. I provide a welcoming and confidential space where clients can feel comfortable connecting and accessing the support they need.
